Dungeons & Dragons 3.5

Loot Generator

Build a reproducible hoard of filtered items, miscellaneous valuables, and coins. Party level and encounter difficulty provide a starting value band; your hoard limits override that guidance.

No generative AI: this tool uses deterministic selections, system rules, and curated data.

How hoard values are resolved

Difficulty supplies the default

Party level selects a D&D 3.5 encounter-treasure benchmark. Difficulty turns that benchmark into a range, from Trivial through God-like.

One-sided overrides stay useful

A minimum keeps the difficulty maximum unless it exceeds that maximum, in which case the hoard has no upper bound. A maximum works the same way against the difficulty minimum.

Control the composition

Set hard percentage caps for miscellaneous valuables and coins. Coins use only the denominations you allow and fill the remaining target without exceeding their cap.
