This Privacy Policy explains how Alchemic Arts LLC ("Alchemic Arts," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Alchemic-Arts.com and its account-based tabletop gaming tools (collectively, the "Services").
When you use the Services, our servers and service providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the Website. Your username may be shown to users who interact with you through friend requests, friendships, group invitations, group membership, and shared content. When you enable a content library for a group, other eligible group members may view the shared content and the username of its creator. Character sheets are not shared merely because custom content is shared.
We may disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, such as website and database hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, and advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
